Quinn starts his days hanging with Dad...
and finishes them on the couch...thoroughly exhausted!

weekend update...

Quinn attended his first hockey game on Saturday with his buddy Ben...unfortunately we forgot the camera! At home we're working on knuckles, an important move if he's going to be a regular at the garden bowl...we had more smiles....

as well as lots of couch time while watching our NCAA pool victories come crashing down all around us!

8 week birthday bash...er bath

Adventures in babysitting!

Thank you to my first babysitters, Kerryn & Crissy! (I missed you, Angel!) I had a great night at home and my parents had an awesome (& well needed) night out! With Kerryn's help coaching, Crissy changed my dirty diaper like a champ! I'm trying my best to break her in slowly :) thanks again girls!

big changes! so far so good...

the first day...

out in the real world was a success for both baby & mom! the daycare at Compuware is great! Quinn took a stroller ride with his classmates while I caught up with emails...I would've gladly changed places :) I think we were both equally worn out when we got home.

on the eve of reality...

let's hope the night owl has a nice long rest tonight...so his parents can too!

are the only evidence of a traumatic doc appt!

doctor visit...

Quinn was his usual happy camper self on the way to the doc yesterday...
then he had 3 shots in the legs and decided he didn't like the doc...
but once we got home & hit the couch to watch hoops & he was happy again!the little tank is now 10lbs and 11 ounces!

greetings from Florida...

here's a brief recap of my day...
i conquered my first plane ride, i was a total champ!
next, I finally met my Grandpa Ryan...and got reacquainted with my Grandma Ryan.


then i changed into my beach gear and hit the pool, thanks Kerryn for the shades and flops!
and finally, i checked out my accomodations, fit for a king!

good night...

another skill mastered...

and this one is an important one...sleeping in church!

look who scored tickets to their first tigers game today!

It's a trial run to see if I behave well enough to join my dad when the twins come to town in May!

Thank you Quinn Rigley (& Kerryn) for my new hat! It was the perfect attire for my dad's Dropkick Murphy's pregame party! My dad and his buddies had a great time at the show, and while they were out I fell in love with Kerryn! Can't wait to see her again soon...for adventures in babysitting, take one, stay tuned :)

Visit from (an) Angel

yes, my mom insisted on using the cheesy pun for the title of this post. We loved seeing Angel on Wednesday, and thanks for the great blanket and toy! Of course, as you predicted I woke up and opened my eyes after you left, sorry...I promise to be more awake when you and the girls come babysit in a couple weeks!

Bath time...

Another successful bath without a peep from Quinn, it's great he's making this daunting task much easier for us! We thought we'd share a semi nudey pic :) Check out the big belly, he's now weighing in at 9lbs 6oz, he never skips a meal!

Quinn's first playdate...

Quinn hung with Trey today, among other things they discussed plans to catch a tigers game and go hiking this summer :)

Trey gave Quinn his very first baseball glove, what a guy! Also, thank you Kahle's for the great moosejaw swag and the awesome dinner, it was much appreciated!
