If he is anything like his dad he will have most things untucked, but right know he probably looks like he has a tail, so I vote for tucked. Not that he couldn't pull it off.

so if you untuck doesn't he have a huge butt flap with snaps hanging down in back? i'm gonna need a back view before i cast my vote ;)
